ORDERING
When ordering, the products are picked from the product pages and added to the shopping cart. By paying for the contents of the shopping cart at the checkout of the online store, the order will be sent to the address specified by the customer. When ordering, you accept the delivery terms and conditions in effect at the time of ordering. ORDER AND PAYMENT CONFIRMATION
A payment confirmation for the order will be sent to the email address provided by the customer. The order confirmation shows the order amount with tax breakdown, shipping costs and the ordered products. A payment confirmation is always a sign that the order has been successfully processed.

DELIVERY COSTS AND METHODS
Shipping costs include packaging and postage costs, which are indicated to the customer when paying for the shopping cart. Shipping costs depend on the size of the order.

Orders are processed and shipped in the order they are ordered. Our average delivery time for finished products, such as jewelry, is 3-5 days.
